My name is Mikael Toborg and this is my blog.

I want to experiment with my online presence and this is one of my initiatives. The purpose of this blog is to publish some of my ideas and thoughts about really anything -for myself and anyone interested.

Business perspective

I’ve been working in the Internet and technology area since 1997 and consider myself as a professional within that field. My interests and experience is focused around three areas that I think are fundamental in building an online business or developing a business through technology.

• Leadership and coaching

High level examples of work I have done is .com strategy and Internet services, organization and process development, problem solving and leadership.

I’m coming from a background of areas such as architecture design, development, quality assurance, usability design, graphical design, project management and training.

I’m trying to live a work philosophy of “either you have to really like what you are doing or start doing something you really like“.
