I wanted to make a different navigation in Wordpress. I’ve created an art gallery with Wordpress and the traditional way of looking at a blog isn’t really good for that purpose. After some work of combining ideas from Internet and integrating with the Wordpress structure I’m proud of the result.

I haven’t seen this way of presenting a blog before, even though it might be out there, so take a look and be inspired :-)

I found this really sweet Cover Flow navigation implementation (here) that I really wanted to integrate into wordpress. It is now part of the Wordpress template structure in my blog.

Check out my result here in one of my contributions to internet. It’s currently only working well in Firefox. IE is not happy with the stylesheet.

Pretty cool. I wish a coverflow plugin was created that could be woven into the Wordpress gallery. Can’t seem to find that.

I agree. I’ve found some plug-ins that are either Flash based or graphically more static. I’m surprised it doesn’t exist yet. My example (the original author of the code is linked in the post) requires a bit of coding which is a major draw-back.
